phcas Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any part of the phcas platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all conditions set out below.

1. General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phcas platform, including all games, features, payment services, and support channels available at phcas.org. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with phcas and confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, a resident of the Philippines, and legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under applicable Philippine law.

phcas reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified through the platform or via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

These terms apply to all users of the phcas platform regardless of the device used, including Android app users and those accessing the platform through a mobile or desktop browser. All activities conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and communications — are subject to these terms in full.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Each player may hold only one registered account on phcas. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and for keeping your account details current at all times.

To register on phcas, you must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during all subsequent use of the platform. phcas does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any point, and accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending the completion of our review process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify our support team immediately. phcas will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

phcas reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or associated with attempts to manipulate the platform, its games, or its payment systems. Decisions made by phcas regarding account status are final and binding, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process outlined in these terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on phcas are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and PESONet — payment channels that are widely used and trusted by players across the Philippines. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name; the use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your phcas account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the policies of your financial institution. phcas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or network interruptions outside our control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction reference for assistance.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard verification and processing schedule. phcas reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of your request. Funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

phcas does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by third-party financial institutions in connection with your use of the platform. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks, and phcas may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds where required by applicable regulations.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

phcas is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players in the Philippines. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, use automated software or bots, or engage in collusion with other players is strictly prohibited. Players found engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or unfair play will have their accounts suspended immediately, and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided and forfeited.

You must not use the phcas platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or the circumvention of applicable gaming regulations. You must not attempt to access areas of the platform that are not intended for general user access, reverse-engineer any part of the platform's software, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform in any way. Violations of these prohibitions may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Players are expected to treat all other members of the phcas community, as well as our support staff, with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at other players or staff members will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account closure. phcas reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to conduct that violates these standards, including the permanent banning of offending accounts without prior notice.

5. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

phcas takes the well-being of its players seriously and actively promotes responsible gaming practices across the platform. We provide tools that allow players to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods to help manage their gaming activity. These tools are available through your account settings and can be activated at any time. We encourage all players to use these features proactively and to seek help if they feel their gaming habits are becoming a concern.

Players who wish to take a break from the platform may request a temporary self-exclusion period by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be restricted from all gaming activity, and you will not receive any promotional communications from phcas. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly, and phcas will not reverse a self-exclusion during the period requested by the player. For longer-term support, we encourage players to reach out to recognised responsible gaming organisations operating in the Philippines.

phcas does not permit gaming by individuals under the age of 21. If we have reason to believe that a minor has accessed the platform, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds will be held pending investigation. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use appropriate parental control tools to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms. 6. Limitation of Liability & Disputes

phcas provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability. phcas will not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability of the platform, provided that we take reasonable steps to restore service as quickly as possible and communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcas's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phcas is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not phcas was advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, or any other aspect of your account, you must contact our support team in the first instance. phcas will investigate all disputes fairly and in good faith, and will aim to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint through the appropriate regulatory channels available in the Philippines. All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

7. Privacy & Data Use

phcas collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with our legal obligations under applicable Philippine law.

Your personal data will not be sold or shared with unauthorised third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform — such as payment processors and identity verification services — under strict confidentiality agreements. All data is stored securely and protected by industry-standard encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team, subject to any legal retention requirements that may apply.
